ASHTANGA YOGA
The members follows a sequence of postures and sun salutations developed such as prescribed by master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.

HATHA FLOW
The postures of Hatha are practised in a soft flow synchronized with the breath.

VINYASA FLOW
Yoga work-out the practise is developed in harmony between breath and movement in a dynamic chain of asanas.

YIN YOGA
Yin yoga practise help the body to deeped in each posture and allow the muscles to stretch and to loosen in depth in order to reach a meditative state.

HATHA
Hatha yoga allow the attention of the mind to focus on the here and now with the breath in each asana and feel the sensations in the posture.

BUDDHIST MEDITATION
A seated practice, help to bring the spirit to a stop point. The spirit is anchor in the present of the body, live completely in the breath and in the sensations of the physical and psychic bodies.

YOGA FLOW
Practice of yoga based on exercises of the breath allowing to cleanse the spirit, to balance the nervous system and to increase the concentration, inviting to you to an easy meditation.

ANIMAL FLOW

RADIANT CHILD YOGA

KIDS YOGA
Playful approach based on the learning of breathing in the movement of postures Aimed at the harmony and well-being of children aged 6 to 10 years.

TEENAGER YOGA
Yoga practise with postures that allows the body, the spirit and the breath to come into a union. The teenager, is growing fast and yoga improves body of the teenager pains growth, help the muscular strength and the flexibility to develop. Yoga will help children to develop a good posture, helping them in a better focus, concentration, maintain random remote thoughts away. yoga will authorize them to feel better in their body and mind.
